- Finishing the last bit of my homework.
- Lying down for a nap secure in the knowledge that I have nothing to do and nowhere to be.
- Chocolate, my god, chocolate. :D In any form.
- Late night phone calls with people I love.
- When I'm wrapped up in blankets at night while the air conditioner is running and there's complete silence except for the sound of the rain and my breathing.
- The feeling I get after I've read a good book and want to read it again.
- The smell of a new book. ♥
- The way the sky at night (when you can see the stars) makes me feel like the most insignificant thing in the world.
- Walks and talks with friends when there seems to be no end of things to talk about.
- Baking for people I care about.
- Comfortable silences
- Grilled cheese sandwiches.
- Listening to people's dreams, whether it's the ones they have while sleeping or the real ones that they want to achieve someday.
- Bookstores that sell really old books, or used books, the small cramped sort where there's not much place to move.
- Wandering around a big library.
- Music. Music that moves me and brings me to tears, music that makes me smile, music that I listen to and feel an irresistible urge to play on the piano..
- Watching someone I love paint, read, study, write, etc.
- Reading evocative writing.
- The beauty you find in everything, if you look close enough
- Doing anonymous good deeds and seeing the look of pleased surprise on the faces of people you do them for.
- People-watching; street photography.
- Someone special saying 'I love you'. I know it's always sincere.
- Cold scenery.
- The smell of coffee brewing. Well, I love coffee, hehe.
- Saying thank you and really meaning it.
